Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed for a private appointment. Bring any relevant scans, specialist letters or post-operative instructions. A referral may be required for Medicare, DVA or WorkCover arrangements.

How long is the first visit?
Initial physiotherapy and pelvic health appointments allow 60 minutes. Running assessments and some extended appointments allow more time, as listed on the Services page.

Can I use private health insurance?
Private health rebates depend on your insurer and level of extras cover. Check your cover with the insurer, then ask reception about claiming options.
How many appointments will I need?

Tell reception the area or activity that is being limited. A diagnosis is not required before calling.
