When an assessment is useful

Book when pain, stiffness or reduced confidence is changing how you work, train, sleep or manage ordinary movement.

• A new problem after an injury or change in activity

• Symptoms that settle and return with the same task

• Recovery before or after orthopaedic surgery

• A planned return to running, gym work or competition
